Yeah, New Mexico blows balls. The Las Cruces area isn't THAT bad, but it still shitty. What's kinda cool about Las Cruces is that the city is small and clean, it's close to El Paso, it has a fairly decent mall for its size, and Old Mesea is really close to there. Plus, Ruidoso is close. I heard Albuquerque is fucking nasty. I don't think anyone could pay me enough money to move there.

Yeah, New Mexico blows balls, except for certain areas. fixed. Cloudcroft/Almagordo area is nice, and the people there are actually friendly! Also, check out where I shall be camping in August: ![]() Goose Lake, NM....kinda near Eagle Nest/close to Colorado. Lake is 11,000 feet up, and hard to access.................WHICH MEANS NO PEOPLE TO RANDOMLY SHOW UP WITH MOTHERFUCKING RVs!!!!!! yay peace and quiet. fixed. OK. I forgot about Cloudcroft, and I don't know how. I used to go there all the time, at least once a year. They have an AWESOME apple festival there every October. My family usually goes to the cherry festivel too, but they missed it this year because they thought it was on a different weekend. It's so pretty there though. Alamagordo is ok. My mom used to live there right before she had me. It's just a tad small for my taste. There are some cute little places to eat down there though.

Why on earth would I want to camp somewhere without an RV? That's like trying to fish without a boat with Navy-grade SONAR and sub-sea habitat imaging and all that stuff .... LOL Brandon, Becky, Glen, Brandon's cousin Aaron, and myself went camping at Lake Alan Henry back in March. Found a nice semi secluded spot too. (could still see those fucking new houses in the distance though, grrrr...) Next morning, a family with THREE RVs, a boat, and 4 SUVs rolls up right next to our spot, sets up "camp," starts hitting the bottle and grilling on a large propane grill. We packed up and left. Goddamn yuppie "outdoorsman." This post has been edited by Psykopath: Jun 29 2008, 08:15 PM -------------------- |

LOL Maybe I am nuts, but the RV and propane grill thing sounds a lot more comfortable and fun than "roughing it"
