Yeah, I just love living, working, and playing in a city overrun by drug dealers with automatic weapons. Sucks though, cause the smog is so bad I can't even see em coming in for the drive by

well the study said:
QUOTE
Our approach this year to picking the ten best cities in which to live and work was simple: Look for places with strong economies and abundant jobs, then demand reasonable living costs and plenty of fun things to do.

Houston does have one of the strongest economies in the country, with lots of jobs. Houston has been largely immune to the economic problems going on in the rest of the country. And there is lots to do.

And Will, what a stupid thing to say. "overrun by drug dealers with automatic weapons"?

I actually wouldn't really want to live in the city, I just like what the suburbs of large cities have to offer.
