The hashish, found in the southern province of Kandahar on Monday, was worth more than $400 million and would have netted the Taliban about $14 million in profits, NATO's International Security Assistance Force said. The hashish weighed as much as 30 double-decker London buses, ISAF said. The drugs were burned on site. Hashish is a concentrated form of marijuana. Burned on site!?! That must have been a hell of a party

I wasn't questioning burning as a method of getting rid of it. I was surprised it was burned right there where it was found (and making a joke about the party). I woulda thought something like an incinerator would be used.

not to mention, look at any huge company and compare their profits to their revenues, you'll see very similiar numbers
