yeah, I was born in 85 so that would make sense. I did listen to Criss Cross when I was 5. I would jump around my room and knock stuff over jumping around. Heh

New Kids on the Block was like late 80s early 90s, she was like 5-6 years old when they were big

I dated the girl for nearly two years. I know what year she was born.

I wasn't making that comment towards her.

but Jay-Z still talks about bangin bitches and hos. And I don't think Jay-z is white rap. Also, been watching a lot of reports on the debate of Obama's ethnicity. He calls himself black, but he is just as much white as he is black. I don't really care if the man calls himself black, but I guess some people get all uppity when he identifies himself as black instead of biracial.

does it matter?

He'll call himself biracial when it suits the crowd he's in front of. Reminds me of how Hillary would call herself "Hillary Rodham Clinton" (with Bill nowhere to be found) in liberal woman audiences, and just "Hillary Clinton" (with Bill right by her) in the south with more conservative audiences.

Him listening to Jay-Z is only going to help him. The youth will relate better or think they have more of a connection to someone that listens to their music. How do I know this? Because my students say nearly the exact same thing when they hear me roll into school with my bass thumping; wish I could say I did it to have a better connection with my students, but that's just how I listen to my music.

pfft. young people don't vote.... they my want him in office but they won't get off their ass and vote...

especially black young people

Obama doesn't really address his race much at all during his stump or other speeches.

You think if it was that something that his campaign had been/wanted to harp on then they would have mentioned it during his "victory" speech last Tuesday.

Hova = Jay-Z.

and gangsta rap isn't around any more, sadly.

I was born in 84 and I listened to NKOTB.

And there is good rap here in Texas. It comes out of Houston and surprisingly South Texas for that good nasty rap.

Where the hell is that TTULOW guy when we need him?

So what if he can't use a computer??? He's old. I know a lot of old people that are smart that don't even know how to click a mouse.

it's the 21st century.
the fucking president should know how to use a computer.
does he have no ambition to learn?
i would assume that the president might get an occasional email or two. perhaps he should know how to respond to such notes that appear on the tv box.
