This guy Pwns peak oil theorists. I'm sure Impala and Dogmeat will write him off as a conspiracy theorist even though he connects everything and has his facts straight.

I'm not gonna watch that guy for an hour and a half to figure out what point you're tryin to make.

But I do agree that we have tons of oil in Alaska we need to get to. Not sure what the conspiracy is supposed to be, it's the democrats that keep voting against allowing the drilling for oil up there.

Do you have cliff notes on that?

Lance, I've been saying for years that we won't run out of oil. In a typical "conventional" reservoir, if you could recover %10 of the actual oil in place you were doing well. As technology has advanced, that number has increased, but not enough for huge changes. The thing that a lot of people fail to understand when they hear talking about people who are illustrating that we "have all this crude oil" is the cost-effectiveness of recoevering it. Again, I didn't watch but the first 10 seconds of that, but if he's talking about oil companies not wanting to explore in certain areas where there there are probable massie crude reserves, it probably has a lot to do with cost.

Another thing, that guy was talking about Alaska and control. If I'm not mistaken, there have been quite a few people who have wanted to drill in ANWR as well as other places in Alaska for years now, as well as places in the continental us, and every single fucking time anyone wants to do this, it's fought tooth-and-nail by what are as best as I can tell, communist groups in disguise.

Because the price of gas would go down from drilling in alaska the economy would collapse? Isn't that counter intuitive?

He claims that we need them (oil producing nations) to buy our debt... yet our debt exists from having to build and secure those very nations.

Basic conspiracy theorist... he takes basic claims and stretches them beyond a breaking point. We know alaska has a large deposit, but even if it was the size of, or bigger than, saudia arabias.. that wouldn't equal 200 years of oil. Plus anyone who claims that bush is in control of things, or doing things for a grande scheme automatically loses credability to me.

I listened to his whole lecture and im still not sure he said anything. He kept saying he was going "name names" but i don't recall anyone. Was he saying "the world bank" as the one who runs the world? He backs up why this conspiracy works (no one talking about it) because of other conspiracies such as JFK. That doesn't impress me.

If oil is the world currency, and we have the largest on earth... then why would USING THAT OIL equate to bankrupting america?

Meh, i didn't buy it, maybe if he wasn't such a jump around speaker i would have understood a little more of the "whys". I would believe america is waiting for rest of world to run out before we use our own, but his explination is suspect.

Yeah sounds like typical conspiracy BS. Thanks for enduring it for the rest of us to confirm.
