He wants to know if you got it online.

The ONLY reason a Prius would "hold it's value" so to say is because of the demand for one then. The fact remains that hybrids run down faster than other vehicles. I would like to see that car 13 years from now.

My husbands '95 Monte Carlo that we are using right now has 162,000 miles on it and runs like a charm. It needs some minor fix-ups like any car with that much mileage does, but it runs smooth and gets him to and from work (which Mapquest says is 45.42 miles from our home) every day and in some cases like today (every Thursday), twice a day since he has formation. That's 630 miles a week just for work.

Read an article online that said a Jeep CJ or Wrangler is actually one of the "greenest" vehicles available. Not necessarily because of gas mileage, but because of how damn tough, durable, and long-lasting they are.

I want a Wrangler as my "green" vehicle! =D

I never really thought about that before. Makes perfect sense to me. All the parts that are non-green used to make any vehicle (yes, even the Prius) make a brand new vehicle not very green. BUT if a vehicle lasts years and years and years, you actually have yourself a pretty green vehicle because the parts in it lasted.

well the document says that 4 metric tons of sulfur dioxide are produced per 1 ton of nickel produced, and that regulations specify the end result has to be no more than 2kg/metric ton.
