5 plates on squats today! NeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeWOOHOO!

Next goal: 4 plates on bench smile.gif This one might take a little while longer ...

But, this basically means I finally hit one of the goals I set out for myself 4 years ago smile.gif

500 pound max on squats .... smile.gif (well, technically 505 lbs ...used 2 50-lb plates and 6 45's)

I think it will be awhile before I can get 4 plates (405 lbs), and I don't really have a good way of doing military press in Vernal ... no seated cage, but my goal for that was 3 plates.

If I can hit 365 on bench by the end of summer I'll be happy though.

I do wanna cut like 20 pounds though I fucking weighed myself buck naked on an empty stomach after taking a big dump yesterday morning and I weighed 253 pounds eek.gif

Finally all the hard work is coming to frutition, and I've done it completley "legally" too ....Only things I've ever taken with the specific purpose of "performance enhancement" were NOXPlode and Creatine Monohydrate, both of which are NCAA-legal.

Feels good, now I need to learn how to fight MMA like zach so I can go around killing people and shit. Ha HAAAAA! smile.gif

You've got the strength necessary. Start training for it!

365 on bench? How fucking strong are you? I've never maxed more than 240 or something

Running 3 miles/day + drinking less + working out mornings and nights + playing baseball = best shape in years for me. I still can't get out of my small frame, but it's funny cause people think I'm not strong and run their mouth. I'm strong as fuck and I usually end up knocking them the fuck out

Most I've ever put up on bench was 335 and that was 2 months ago ... 365 by August might be a little bit optimistic, but that day I put 335 up I swear I could have tacked on another 10 pounds ... that was the first time in my life I've ever acutally just tried a 1-rep max to see what I could get. I thought I was getting close to probably being able to put 350 up so I was like "fuck it I'm gonna see what I can do for once" ... then figured once my knee felt good, I'd try it on squats too ..

Which is funny because I'm supposed to get my knee scoped next week. I think I'll cancell it.

I thought your knee was still pretty messed up. If you're having any pain at all, I suggest keeping the scope appointment.

Well ...

I really got serious about it in 2003 I'd say, working out conisistently.... but it really wasn't until 2004 that I just started pretty much doing nothing but power-lifting-ish weight training ... for like probably 3 years straight, pretty much almost the whole time I was at TTU, all I ever did was go for the big lifts, meaning push press, bench press, squats, then pullups too for back .... I almost never work my arms, abs, or calves, and I'm really showing that on the arms now ... my body looks all huge but my arms look all small ... I just never really cared about working arms that much because all I ever wanted to do was just put big weight up on the major lifts ...

I probably could have acheived these same goals even without supplements in 2 years if I would have known then some of the things I know now, I dunno .... I've always had pretty strong legs in relation to the rest of my body because ever sport I ever played growing up was all legs.....mountain bike racing, hockey, basketball ... all leg sports ...

I dunno, it's still cool though, I mean one of my goals for all this was to be "legal" so to speak because the ultimate goal was better health .... IE, feeling better. Kinda hard to feel better when I've completley torn my heart, liver, whatever up just for the sole purpose of looking completley huge for a few years of my life.

Who knows, considering my body is on the decline of natural testosterone production, I guess quite honestly I can see myself doing a doctor-supervised steroid cycle one of these years just so I can keep lifting, but not if it's gonna come at the cost of my heart ... I guess for now I'll just keep doing what I'm doing and when I just can't possibly get anywhere at all maybe call up the doctor hahaha smile.gif

No. That girl was actually 18. I immediately dumped her when I found out she lied
