Surley, as with these two teen brothers, I should win a fucking nobel prize for this or something ....

the car was a plug in and got better fuel efficiency. it didnt turn the hybrid into a monster truck like dogmeats dumb idea of adding exhausts etc (which would decrease efficiency).

I said that car manufacturers have certain guidelines they're required to follow. There might have been tight safety tolerances on some electronic component that they beefed up which made it more efficient, but perhaps not quite as within safety tolerances as toyota had to meet. Just don't act like the car makers are idiots because some kids modified their car to make it better. People have been doing that ever since cars were invented. |

most car makers are stupid. the stupidest ones are american car makers. a pretty good sign of this is how they are doing economically. "oh but its just the times, the recession, gas prices". other car companies are doing great! Toyota for example. they have a pretty nice increase recently american car companies need to clean up their act and work with (or against) unions better -------------------- Little monkeys making money
