I don't as much hate the spurs as i hate the spurs fans. They are crazy obnoxious, i guess thats what a one sport town does to people.

caught ball, moved left foot. moved right foot. shot. it's plain as day.

Now I see what you're talking about, but it still wasn't a travel. Start the video at 0:50. He was stepping into position, by your words: Moved left foot, caught ball, moved right foot, shoot. Basically he was already moving his left foot before he caught the ball. And thanks for the Rockets sympathy  . T-mac does pretty well on the road so maybe they can at least avoid the broom.
