I dont think Ingram Mall in and of itself is ghetto...but the area around it is. Although they do have an Olive Garden and a Chick fil a right there!

the area around isn't bad actually. its in an area that is being super developed. Now if you want ghetto area... then there are a few other places. But it really isn't that bad. I just get scared at Rivercenter. That place has really bad gang problems and its funny to watch tourists.

the river walk in general has a gang problem. I dont care, though. Mexicans dont scare me even if they are in a gang. I just think the area around Ingram is shitty in general... and I'm very familiar with that area. The houses around there are shitty, a lot of businesses are rundown, and having all that gay ass construction sure doesnt make it look any nicer.

oh and the reason I think Highland in Austin is ghetto is because there are a lot of blacks there. I'm not familiar with black people too much so the gang banger looking ones scare me.

One time I was driving in Houston with good ol' Amanda (Kendra) and we saw a black guy sleeping in the middle of the road in a sleeping bag. It scared the shit out of us. We were lost and trying to find the highway. Somehow we ended up in a SUPER GHETTO AREA. SCURRRY
