ok terrible experience with the best buy trade-in thing. DONT USE IT. They said my phone wasn't functioning because the phone I sent in sometimes scrolls through the contacts by itself. It's not a huge issue at all. In fact, it's kind of a known problem with chocolates. Anyways, they said I wouldnt get any money for it AND I have to PAY THEM $20 to get the phone back. MOTHER FUCKERS

MOTHER FUCKERS sounds like you failed to report that when you turned in the online form. why should they mail it back for free? if it wasnt reported then they shouldn't have to bear the costs of shipping it. |

sounds like you failed to report that when you turned in the online form. I reported the condition as fair. It's not poor. It works. How is that not reporting the condition? I couldn't write in there that it had problems with the scroll system. It was all drop down menus. They should mail it back for free because the fucking thing works. I would rather give it back to Verizon who donates it to The Battered Women's Shelter than have corporate Best Buy keep it and sell it.
why should they mail it back for free? if it wasnt reported then they shouldn't have to bear the costs of shipping it. |
