so, i'm flying to dallas on the 16th and 17th, and i need to know how much taxi's are gonna be.

i know a couple of ya'll live in that area, and i don't want to impose on ya'll for rides. if you are willing to give a ride, that would be greatly appreciated, but i understand people will be busy on that wed. and thursday.

so, suggestions? recommendations?

taxis are gonna expensive as both dallas and ft worth are a good distance from the airport, your best bet is a shared ride van like super shuttle or the go shuttle from yellow cab, you can also take a bus that connects to the TRE train which will take you both downtown dallas and ft worth it would be your cheapest option, and if you go to dallas the train services more than just downtown.

how much do these taxi's tend to run? and lance, i'll find a schedule of where we gotta be. really it's onyl 1 place, and the hotel. since this is kinda a unplanned trip, we aren't going to have a good time, money is gonna be tight, so very little traveling

well, where are you trying to go? from the airport to where? That would help us tell you how much to expect to pay.. Where is the hotel?

Why are you chosing to fly as opposed to drive? Just curious.

also they do charge fuel surcharges due to current unpredictability of gas prices so be forewarned before you enter the cab. they often dont tell you about this until the end.

if you tell me where your hotel is i can maybe find you a cheaper option

IS 19.4 MILES FROM DFW AIRPORT. 22 MIN. HEAVY TRAFFIC IS 35 MIN.

IS 7.0 MILES, 12. MIN.

we're gonna keep travelling to a minimum, and the it's a little far between locations, but the flight package was cheaper than booking individually, and had trouble getting a hotel reservation the same day as the flights for closer locations. so, simplicity, i said fuck it and just got a flight hotel package.

time of arrival is 6:55am on that wed. we have to be at location B at 10am, but we don't mind being dropped off and waiting for a bit.

There's also the shuttles which are much cheaper and will take you to an exact address. http://www.supershuttle.com

The TRE was mentioned and is a great option.
