So basically, this guy was trying to tell me someone was a dumbass for having both "Chips & Queso" and "Chips & Cheese" on the menu at a concession stand. While yes, the literal translation of "Queso" in spanish is "cheese", it is pretty easy to figure out what was the stand meant. At least I thought so... but this guy likes to argue even more than I do (no, really, he does, I'm not joking). Just thought I'd present it to you guys since he always argues with me about stupid shit.

queso is queso. cheese would be like the crappy nachos you get at a football game. i think.

I just wonder if the whole queso including all that stuff in it is an Americanized term and they actually say more in Mexico when it is a combined cheese. Either way, in El Paso they call it queso. Other times, they say queso con carne... "cheese with meat" and other stuff. The guy is a moron
