ok,
so at Enchanted Rock we would have to reserve campsites and pay for them. it is a state park so the money goes toward preserving the natural beauty of texas. We can have up to 8 people per campsite, so we may need up to 3 sites. I'm willing to pay for two, anyone else willing to reserve the 3rd? |

2 days
there is a daily entrance fee for $6 per person though, but assuming we aren't going in and out then it should be a one time thing. i'm a parks member so I get in free as does whoever else is in my car so i can help go on supply runs if we need. the 15 bucks is for "walk-in" sites, with water, fire rings, tent pads, so not exactly primitive, but still fun. |
