oh please... as college students most are unprepared for the cost of renting a house. they expect a nice big 3 BR house w/ a garage and yard to cost the same amount as a crappy 2 BR apartment.
And thanks, yeah greg garrett were the ones I bought my house through, didn't realize they rented as well. |

I wish I remembered the names of the two people I rented a house from. They would rent to students and tell you how to get away with having more than 2 unrelated people.

well most people get away with it no prob. it's one of those things where the city pretty much looks the other way so long as you're not causing trouble.

As for realtors, stay -away- from Paul Garrett Realtors, Pat Garrett Realtors is decent, but they can fuck you over just as fast as they can help you, and they tend to fuck over people more than help them as of late. I've heard Westmark is ok, if you got money to throw around, go for McDougal, but beware of nazi'ism. Brandon and I met a really awesome guy @ Remax a while back (they rent houses only I think) his name was Brandon Peters, and he comes from the office on 82nd st. Didn't realize coldwell and remax rent houses... may have to check em out. Westmark is nice, I actually have them managing my house up there right now. Paul Garrett Realty are the ones I bought my house from, and yeah I'd never use them again. They just try and do each other favors all day (just show you houses within their own company and not actually search for something you want).
