i get an eerie feeling from obama. that hes just a talker and if hes president all his progressive plans are going to be watered down more and more. im still hoping for hillary!

hillary is different from obama in some areas though. shes way more supportive for social services and the environment

It's strange, I get the same feeling when I watch him speak. He has a lot of ideas that a good percentage of the country agree with but his words come across as empty. The feeling of disappointment is what I think a lot of Democrats are going to have if he gets elected.

yeah likewise. i didnt like how he was kind of unclear or not willing to really explain his platform for a long time. even now its hard to actually find what he plans to do in some areas. ive also read some things about him backing down to lobby groups in his career and letting some really important issues get polluted because of doing so. something that i think hillary clinton has a better track record on. shes more willing to actually "fight" for what she believes in imho

I actually think that's a bad thing. We've got 7 years with an ultra-stubborn, unwilling-to-compromise president. I don't want another one (even for opposite ideas).

When will our pathetic Nation quit turning their back on God and understand that this man is 'A Muslim'....First, Last and always....and we are AT WAR with the Muslim Nation, whether our bleeding-heart, secular, Liberal friends believe it or not. Well see, this way it balances out. 8 years of extreme ideology in one direction and 8 years of extreme ideology in another direction equals 16 years of moderation.

That's cool, I understand. I don't agree with either party (I'm a moderate libertarian), so I'd prefer to see them working together to accomplish things that the general populace can agree on rather than sticking stubbornly to partisan politics. I think Obama will accomplish that better, but it makes sense that you'd support Hillary with your views (not saying this is a bad thing! just different!)
