So my parents are ending their Sprint contracts (they are ending) and that means no free phone calls to them.

They decided on AT&T so now I'm thinking of getting an iPhone. Should I wait? Should I get one of their PDAs?

Get an Iphone. Hack it. Put a bunch of old school NES games on your phone and waste your life away playing video games at dinner while your girlfriend thinks you're checking up on stock quotes.

Nah... The main thing I need is e-mail and visual voicemail. Those two things are the selling points.

I want to go to ACU

In the meantime, I still don't think Tech's wireless network even supports the iPhone.

I saw this this morning... Got me interested in the iTunes U stuff: http://www.apple.com/education/itunesu_mob...ng/itunesu.html

It's a worrisome proposition to me, making things more automated and removing personal communication. Pretty soon my little brothers won't even speak.
