Same problem. None of the UI elements are fuctional. Although you are right. It does load videos pretty quickly.

yeah, why on earth would I assume you'd have some bias towards apple products and automatically think microsoft products suck without trying them? Especially when you say it sucks and also say it doesn't work on your mac in the same thread. If it doesn't work on your mac, how have you had any experience with it or know wtf it is?

Sigh... you have to put the two thoughts you bring up together. The point I was making was that Silverlight sucks BECAUSE it doesn't work on the mac.

Although now that I look at it, the problem is that it only supports Safari and Firefox and I'm using Camino. Which is kinda strange because Camino basically IS Firefox. But at any rate, it would appear that I was incorrect that it doesn't work on the Mac. Still isn't something I want to use due to lack of Camino support, but it does work.

From what I've seen, I actually do like Silverlight. It basically seems like a faster, smoother flash with a bit more extensibility (at least down the road.) I have a few gripes about it, but I don't think it really matters since nobody but Microsoft actually uses Silverlight.
