1. I'd like to hear the conversation between them, and the deputy's side of the story.
2. The guy is calling himself a quadriplegic and clearly isn't (unless somehow miraculously his arms now work). |

He has limited functionality with his arms, but is classified as a quadriplegic. The pig has been suspended without pay.
I like how Impala always has the cop's dick in his mouth. |

no, welcome to the "dumbass black woman in a police job because she grew up as a bully" state. the lubbock sherriff's department's females are all like that. all of them look like they take testosterone pills, they all have really bad, pushy attitudes, and all of them seem to think that behavior is ok. -------------------- |

I like how Impala always has the cop's dick in his mouth. And I like how you find some stupid youtube video several days after the incident, listen to one side of the story, and then make your stupid generalizations. What if they guy said to her "well dump me out of the chair if you don't believe me"? |

What if they guy said to her "well dump me out of the chair if you don't believe me"? then she totally should have dumped him out of the chair. i mean if he asked for it it must mean it's ok. is there any situation that would warrant dumping a handicapped person out of a wheelchair? is it just me or at the end of the video you can see him moving his legs..
there's a part where he grabs his right leg and props it on the foot pedal but after that you can see him moving his left leg like he's nervous (jogging it up and down real fast) without his hands.... still if she didn't believe that he was a quad she still shouldn't have dumped him out... -------------------- "Ah, y'know it's funny, these people they go to sleep, they think everything's fine, everything's good. They wake up the next day and they're on fire."

The officer was definitely in the wrong for doing what they did. I just would like to hear the whole story.

Hmm he does seem to move his arms and legs an awful lot for being classified as a QUADriplegic. Nonetheless, completely inappropriate and unprofessional, but welcome to the prison/jail system

Their wheelchair is on fire? STOP DROP AND ROLL!!! Well I learned something valueable today, not all cops are nice, a quadriplegic just have to have some loss of control on all four limbs and they cannot flee and evade the police!!! QUOTE Sterner was arrested at his Riverview home and taken to the jail Jan. 29 on a charge of fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer, according to records. He posted $2,000 bond and was released Feb 3. http://www.local6.com/news/15287303/detail.html -------------------- Southern Rock, beer and bears!

I talked to a nurse practitioner about this video, and he told me that the guy is a quadriplegic because he has no sensation from the nipples down. He has use of his extreme upper arms because they are above his nipples. The reason he can somewhat move his lower arms and to an extent his hands is because he has trained his upper arm muscles so much that they are actually the muscles moving his lower arms. Weird.
