I just thought that I'd let you guys know I've got a 9 disc DVD set of YOGA BOOTY BALLET for sale on ebay. I hardly used it b/c I am not a choreography type of dancer. This is definately a great workout for girls who love cheer and dance type things. This is a great workout from the couple of times I did use it, but it was just too akward for me.
