X-Men prequels? Options

I figured with them leaving the 3rd one wide open they'd be doing a sequel, but IMDB shows two different prequels in production right now:

"Magneto" - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0499519/

A look at the early life of Eric Lensherr and his friendship with Charles Xavier, and how the one-time allies became mortal enemies.

"Wolverine" - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0458525/

A prequel to X-Men. Wolverine lives a mutant life, seeks revenge against Victor Creed (who will later become Sabertooth) for the death of his girlfriend, and ultimately ends up going through the mutant Weapon X program
