This almost makes me want to throw up in my mouth a little.

It would be one thing if this retired general said something to the administration in private and criticized the actions internally but as a former officer (who retired out of protest) coming out and publicly bashing policy and claiming no one listened to you is, in my mind, a court-martial waiting to happen. Get rid of his rank.

The commercial in no way helps the troops all it does is fuel a fire in the minds of people who have nothing at stake in the war in Iraq.
