Well, according to this slate article, there's some interesting things in play for the 2006 election.
First of all, it appears the Senate is going to narrowly go to the Republicans, albeit with the Dems picking up a lot of momentum. The house is up in the air. A gallup poll shows the House pretty much split down the middle, while various other polls show that the Dems will win the house, but they disagree on how much.
