Summary: A law firm filed a class action law suit against Apple because of the defects in it's Ipod Nano player. The firm listed Jason Tomczak as the lead plaintiff, but Jason never asked about nor wanted their services.

Now the law firm is suing Jason Tomczak!

Interesting twist in the Ipod Nano lawsuit.
