No, the answer was to put the taxpayers money back in their own hands and give them the choice. And you didn't answer my question, which was, how do you think throwing money at some poor school will improve a kid's overall quality of life and improve the whole neighborhood and desire to learn and make something of themselves? Are you going to have some super mega nice school in the middle of a poor ghetto neighborhood? What good will that do besides waste my tax dollars? Money can't make people want to learn.
