Mine stink like hell and they need to be washed

i wouldn't toss shoes in the washer.

most shoes have an EVA sole used to absorb shock.
toss em in the washed & they loaded with water...and it doesn't come out like a sponge. so it sits in the shoe and rots the material as you wear them and makes the sole even more weak.

best way to clean the outside


Inside of the shoe:
Remove the laces and open up the tounge to let alot of air in. Toss in some baking soda or some Kiwi fresh force to deoderize.


To keep shoes from stinking, take em off and let them air out. Toss in some shoe deoterant like once a week (daily if your shits rank). wash your feet really good too.
