Brokeback Mountain was actually a really good movie. I think his shining moment was really in Monster's Ball, though. My god what an amazing film, and he played his role flawlessly

i hate to disagree with you there....I've both read the short story, and own the DVD....I don't think the two were gay at all, but I think that they found a connection, a love for each other if you will. The characters didn't have a track record of being gay, and it was just a single relationship that was same-sex.
I am gay, because all of the relationships I have ever sought were between myself and another man.....however I think that if you were to have a relationship with another man one time in your life, it wouldn't necessarily make you gay.

And I think Brokeback served a good stepping stone for gay cinema...perhaps if it weren't for its popularity, we wouldn't have Gus Van Sant making "Milk."

so, question is on ennis's apparel choices... boxers, briefs, wranglers, wht is the result? wranglers provide lift, but they also provide smush..... so, does the lift cancel out the fact his balls are being stretched?
