There are rumors that we'll see a MacBook with no wires (charges using inductive charging) and possibly an ultraportable (crossing my fingers).
What are your predictions? This post has been edited by pebkac: Feb 10 2008, 10:24 PM -------------------- "There is a level of cowardice lower than that of the conformist: that of the fashionable non-conformist." |

Instead of starting a new thread I thought I would just write here that I've been contemplating an iPhone for a while. My only reservation is the possibility that Apple will release one with 3G and GPS at the next expo.
It fits my needs perfectly, good IMAP support (I don't care about Exchange), lightweight, ability to watch a TV show or two without pulling out my computer (and with more and more airlines installing iPod hookups this feature gets more important), etc. The new Apple Airport's ability to sync and backup iPhone data over 802.11n is another selling point as I can have all of my backups in a central location (and backed up again). -------------------- "There is a level of cowardice lower than that of the conformist: that of the fashionable non-conformist." |

That new feature that they released with the latest update works pretty well. It isnt an EXACT pinpoint, but everytime I've used it for directions and used the pin-pointing as my start it hasn't given me wrong directions. |
