I mean seriously, this is price gouging. I would maybe be willing to pay that much for one if it came with a RAID 1 setup or something like that. But why couldn't they have just configured something like this with Windows Home Server? It would only come out to $20 more and be more than twice the system. Or maybe charge less. Oh well. It doesn't look like that dramatic of a difference between the two comps but I guess that's just me.
PC1 = 1.8GHz 64 bit AMD proc, 512MB ram, 500GB HD, WHS, $599 PC2 = 1.8GHz 64 bit Intel proc, 512MB ram, 80GB HD, Win XP, $559 I guess I just don't see it as some kinda blatant price gouging. /shrug |
