What's the best place to buy a cell phone without a contract other than ebay?

You could do pay as you go... get it at Best Buy.
Other than that, if you are just wanting a cell phone from say Verizon, then all retail stores are going to have the same price on it. SOMETIMES if you buy it online through that cell phone provider and you dont want a contract, you get $50 off just for purchasing online. OR as a last result, you could go to one of those independent places that carry several providers and they sometimes sell used phones. |
