but yes i agree after 2 years these people should have done something, i agree with welfare and government benefits but believe the system should be run differently with more of an emphasis on life skill teaching and job training

I agree that welfare and government benefits are needed and that there needs to be life skills, but I think the key to that is a measurable standard of being self-sufficient.
