my laptop harddrive failed, but i got it replaced already.

so its a fresh start, any suggestions for software to install? i've got the usuals, just thought i'd take stock of what's useful these days

what do you use for adware these days? Is adaware still good? S&D, that microsoft ad block?

and i'm picking up microsoft office 2007 from the campus bookstore here for cheap, so no need for open office
