Maybe things have improved since I lived there. I lived on Aquarena just east of the stadium and usually took the bus onto campus (took my bike a lot too, but it really just depended on where my first class was). There was always major traffic backup along Aquarena, then again at LBJ on the loop up to the student center. I think they may have made that bit of LBJ buses-only, though? The big problem there was people driving up and dropping people off. I also heard horror stories from commuters about how bad the parking was. Parking isn't bad... students just don't want to park at Bobcat Stadium. I live off of Post Road and take the Post Road bus every day. My biggest issue with Auxiliary Services not informing students when bus stops close down |
