Arkansas has been around since the 1870's and is one of the largest state institutions in the South. Anyone with a lick of common sense would be able to differentiate Arkansas from Arkansas State. Just like I've never heard anyone confuse Tennessee with Tennessee Tech. Washington and Washington State? Never. How is old Timmy Tebow doing?
