keep in mind though that there's a thing going around where illegal aliens are now stealing people's identities to take money, etc.

houston is 2nd on my crappy cities in the US list. right after san antonio.

We have about 1.3 million people there and have no major problems with street cleaning, drainage issues, and we actually have some middle income areas, which is the large majority of san antonio.
