My girlfriend's car was broken into this morning. They took the CD player, some CDs and her insurance card.

whats the HPD supposed to do about a girl's cd player and insurance card? you are aware they have about 10,000 homicides and drug cases (exaggeration).

Yeah, I'm aware but they have people who do just this. Hell, a Houston Constable lives next door to her. They took her info over the phone and gave her a case number.
