Not to mention that only a government can violate constitutional rights.
If i went up and shoved a lava lamp down her throat it would be a crime... but not a violation of freedom of speech. .... This wasn't even a crime, and still not a violation of freedom of speech. But im assuming your kidding, so i'll just offer that maybe they just wanted to keep it a pleasant cermony free of politics... i doubt bush called in a favor to ask them to censor kathy griffin and sally field -------------------- |
