So I assume you guys heard about the bombed natural gas line in mexico today. This was the second petroleum pipeline bombing in two months. Anybody think this will get worse?
and on a side note, am i the only one who thinks these mexican soldiers look like they got their crap from a surplus store?

Dude, you're totally missing the point. I'm not saying Mexico cares about the United States border. I think that is obviously clear from that fact that Mexico allows thousands of illegal immigrants to cross the border daily. They don't want there to even be a border between the two countries, they want to erase it.
What Mexico DOES care about is their OWN security. The point of these bombings is to make Mexico just as scared of terrorists as Americans are scared of terrorists. The bombings incite fear so civilians will more readily accept changes. The idea of scaring both Amercia and Mexico shitless from terrorists is to convince both Americans and Mexicans that they need to work TOGETHER to secure the borders of both countries. I'm not talking about the Mexico/America border or the America/Canada border. I'm talking about the coastline borders of all three countries. The leaders of the three countries want a combined Coast Guard to secure all THREE countries effectively erasing the America/Mexico border and the America/Canada border and creating one HUGE border surrounding all three countries. Pretend that all the countries were combined into one mega-country and then all you have is a huge coastal border to patrol along with the Mexico/Guatamala border. It's not that hard to comprehend, just sit back and think about it for a minutes. I know you're slow processing new ideas, give it awhile. |
