I'm curious, if I'm a Tech alum, and I wanna go back for a second bachelor's degree, if technically I can't qualify myself as a Texas resident anymore, could I get in-state tuition because I'm an alum?

I think I'm gonna take the GRE and apply to grad school for PE.
The only problem is, I think I'd be in for trouble going back to Tech for a degree in PE since the fucking department chair there actually used to work for my dad way back when and they never got along very well  heh which sucks because I'm sure Tech has a wonderful PE department
