So i happened to acquire an older projector and I want to watch to watch tv on it but it doesnt have any coaxial inputs on the projector.

The only inputs the projector has is the component (red/yellow/white) and s-video. Is there any way to get an adapter to get coaxial to connect to this?

you can get an adapter that goes from s-video to composite (by 'coaxial' i'm assuming you're talking about composite)
