He apparently acted in a way consistent with solicitation for "lewd activities", according to the undercover police officer on duty and was subsequently arrested. He plead guilty to a charge of "disorderly conduct" in the hopes that that would make it all go away. He has denied that he conducted himself in an inappropriate manner and, as of the latest I've heard, is claiming entrapment, apparently not realizing that a claim of entrapment would be contrary to his claim that he did nothing inappropriate.
Overall he's coming off as either an idiot or a bad liar (or both). *sigh* It's getting a bit old, really. -------------------- |
