Ever since I quit smoking and dipping, I've been really tired throughout the day. That was the only adverse affect of quitting; I've yet to have any withdrawals. I get 7-8 hours of sleep, eat well (enough), and work out daily, but i still lag in the morning and late afternoon. It also might have something to do with the fact that I no longer take ritalin (which was prescribed)
Any legal nutritional supplements or foods? Energy drinks are a complete waste and do nothing for me. Mainly looking for some type of organic food or multivitamin or something -------------------- ![]() ![]() |

Honestly, the best energy supplement I've ever tried is that NoXplode stuff ... doesn't make you all jittery, helps workout out, and I noticed even if I took 1/2 the max dosage in the morning, at least when I was first taking it, I'd be going through the whole day even after my workout was done.
Only problem with it is that it appears to stop working after a month, but that also could be because I was maxing the doasges on it after a week and built up a tolerance to it. I dunno might be worth a try. -------------------- I r Ur Gawd!

I dunno might be worth a try. My only concern with things like NOXplode are increased heartrate. I've been working out with a club that does MMA and they're busting my ass hard. I don't really want to have a massive coronary. I used to take Ripped Fuel and it seriously fucked with my heart. Might have also had something to do with the fact that I was on adderall/ritalin at the time. As long as NOXplode is safe I'll try it. -------------------- ![]() ![]() |
