Ever since I quit smoking and dipping, I've been really tired throughout the day. That was the only adverse affect of quitting; I've yet to have any withdrawals. I get 7-8 hours of sleep, eat well (enough), and work out daily, but i still lag in the morning and late afternoon. It also might have something to do with the fact that I no longer take ritalin (which was prescribed)

Any legal nutritional supplements or foods? Energy drinks are a complete waste and do nothing for me. Mainly looking for some type of organic food or multivitamin or something

easiest thing to do is to eat whole grains especially in the morning. but if you overdue it or eat starched ones like most bagels itll just make you sleepy

half a bagel (whole wheat preferably but just a half of any kind then whatever) with peanut butter and a piece of fruit in the mid afternoons
or just drink a lot of soda mmmm
