has anyone bought anything from zappos? Options

According to wikipedia they're a great company to work with. I'm just wondering if anyone has used them before and what their experience was. They carry a pair of aggressive roller blades I want and they're the only company I can find that hasn't sold out of my size.

I just put in an order with them.

They're giving me free overnight shipping and sending me a pre-paid UPS sticker to ship them back if they don't fit, you really can't go wrong with that deal. To top it off if you call customer service and tell them you found the same pair of shoes/skates or whatever for cheaper at another online store they'll refund 110% of the difference. I checked before I placed my order and found them at one store for cheaper (but I didn't want to order from that store), so I'm going to call them after I get the skates and have them refund my money.

Looking at the site they have every shoe imaginable. If my order goes well I'll definitely be ordering from them again.
