well in the article it says they use what they call 'brain fingers'. i think what it means is, when you get it and you're setting it up, you'd define your brain fingers (up to 20 or so according to the article). so, say you were setting up a army game or something. you know how you can go into the control menu and you click "switch to grenade" and then you press the key you want for switching to grenades. well, instead, you'd click it, then think about switching to grenades, and a 'brain finger' would be set instead of a key. kinda like setting up external joysticks or game pads, where you specify hotkeys.

read the last two paragraphs of the first green section of the article and you'll see what i mean.
