its not that big of a deal considering this type of stuff goes on everyday. plenty of police officers will be excessive, plenty abuse their rights against women and minorities. that is nearly just fact in some places. (though not saying all police officers everywhere or that it cant be changing)
the cop should have run them off so when they ran off they would be leaving. goal accomplished without choking two young kids -------------------- Little monkeys making money
