the city bike cop was on a power trip. does skateboarding warrant being arrested for it? no. could he have yelled and ran them off like most any other security officer would do? yes. if its at that point that the teens cursed at him it comes with the territory. if you think everyone who curses at a cop is arrested youre retarded.
