I updated firefox two weeks ago, and it hasnt been able to connect to the internet since I did that. So i was forced to use IE....and as of yesterday that stopped connecting to the internet. AIM still connects, so there is an internet connection there, I turned off the windows firewall, but still nothing as far as internet. I am running vista...if that helps any. Any suggestions?

lol "a winsock problem which is affecting your ability to go to webpages by Domain name" do you have any clue what you're talking about? that's called DNS bud.
schwab, go to start->run, type in cmd and hit enter. then type cd\ and hit enter. then type ipconfig /all >> output.txt and hit enter. you should now have a text file in your c:\ root called "output.txt". open it up in notepad and paste it here. |
