When I log into the remote desktop on my windows xp box that's hooked up to this monitor it logs the current user out and the monitor displays the login screen. Is there anyway to have that monitor display what's going on when I'm logged in? Once I setup MCE on it and hook it up to a tv I want to be able to control it from a laptop and not necessarily with a remote.

Have you tried using Remote Assistance instead?

I looked into it but everything I saw said that the remote user had to accept. There's going to be no one at that computer though, it'll just be sitting by itself without a monitor.
