I just got off the phone with them.
50 FUCKING MINUTES TO ORDER A NEW A/C ADAPTER FOR MY LAPTOP Not to mention their hellish "speak instead of using touchtone buttons and no, you can't have an operator no matter how hard you try, so fuck you" system ugh. -------------------- WAIT. I'm not finished.
